Today I'm re-introducing my Ultra-Millionaires Tax so that when someone makes it really big—earning over $50 million—they have to chip in 2 cents on the next dollar. That means Jeff Bezos can’t keep paying lower tax rates than public school teachers.

Hmm... why did she use the limit of $50million? It's probably because she don't want to include herself and majority of politicians. How about a bill that will do this same thing to all millionaires - from $1-999million.
