Another broke Democrat ran city...

Houston is running in the RED and broke... However, city leaders are moving forward with a one year deal worth $650millions to the fire fighter's union in addition to $180millions/yr in wage increase in the next 5 years. Many are questioning where the extra spending is going to come from... the mayor and council members are thinking of cutting 5% of all city services expenditure excluding the fire and police dept. 

Houston is majority Democrats and have been ran by Democrats for decades... The last GOP mayor was 40 yrs ago. The current elected officials in Houston is majority Democrats.
