Stewart listed and sold his property for $17.5millions in 2014, but it was only assessed with a market-value of $1.8millions... it's even lower with the actual assessor valuation is only a little over $800K in 2013-2014.

Stewart should be charged for fraud because the person that bought his inflated property actually loss money when he sold the property.

what they saying is TRUMP say his building is worth $500+ million or whatever
when it is only worth like $25+ million whatever the number is

its like saying the fortlift you purchase is actually worth $2 MILLION when it only $50k


you do this to inflate your business and make it look like the company have alot of asset $$$

 


now for like personal home and stuff
if you ever own a house
the city will just calculated for you and you just pay that tax on how it is worth

and than he put it on the listing for $17+ million and someone actually bought it

LMAO!!! You just proved my point... Who's to say how much a property is actually worth? If the owner says one thing but the assessor says one thing... the buyer/bank can determine the value base on that. And these banks did their home works before giving Trump the loans.
Now, it would be fraud if he claimed to own this and this and this but in actuality he does not... or claimed his hotel made $$$$ when it actually made $$. The worth of any properties (land, building, house, etc etc) are all subjective... and we're talking about the worth of his building, not his businesses revenue or anything else.
