« on: April 18, 2024, 01:35:29 PM »
his parent pass away and they won't let him take over the loan because it was in their name
they told him to go get a different loan and pay the remaining
but due to his bad credit history... couldn't get one

the house is lost
all those years and payment down the drain
those volunteer hour they work is for nothing

pretty sad situation

Not sad, as a survivor, if you’re that dumb and don’t anticipate the future then “you reap what you sow”.

America is creating a backward society all over again.  The more freedom you have, the more enslaved you become is how they have brainwashed the mass.

Few are able to escape this, but many of us are entrapped by it.  Sometimes if not most times, we sabotage ourselves...he ck we are free to do so.  :D

The real villain is looking at you.  The last hero was just not true.  If everything works out in the end.  It's because all things make amends.

Couldn't you just win the lotto and help your "friend" out being the "hmong Nostradamus and is always right" and all?

This don't make sense... what volunteer hours you talking about? You don't get a house by volunteering.. .

once you qualify
you have to do volunteer work for  the habitat for humanity house

i know this
i have to go help a cousin pick up some rock and bush

i think you have to do like 300+ hour or something
but you bring everyone and you can knock it out fast

 ;D ;D ;D
