day 8 of being sober:

whenever i have my mental episodes of WANTING alcohol. i simply just hit the gym. guess ill be hitting the gym alot more now. ive found out, that is my cure for wanting alcohol. feeding my body a gooood workout cures the PSYCHOLOGICAL aspect of WANTING a drop of alcohol in me.

yeah heat is very close by on Katella ave, it's inside the outlet center, i mapquest it...i was like..wtf..it's 2 blocks away haha...i think it's a new club...

doesn't Heat close at 2am? can't be 5 hours. 2-3 hours max!!
