i feel you. sleep at 3am wake up at 6am ..this whole week.

do u take naps when u get home? my problem is i dont even get home til like 10pm....eat dinner...so then i CANT sleep right away

i use to be able to fall asleep at 9 or 10pm ..if i don't take naps.
but this week it was different. no naps and i still don't fall asleep.
