april 16th weigh in 222 lbs
yesterdays weigh in 210 lbs
been working out 7 days a week since. lift 6 days rest on friday. jog every day. havent smoked since
april. lungs FEEL great! i can actually jog a mile nonstop. its time to get skinny douly back  :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:

well it was an ALL brother decision. we said lets sell dads house. each sibling gets $10k and mom and dad gets the rest. sold the house back after that year you guys left.
