got bored yesterday and went fishing by myself...

my first reel caught this...



my last reel caught this...damn, i wanted to stay longer, but had to catch lunch with my boy...

recent bass fishing trips...DAMN THOSE COULD HAVE BEEN MY BIG BASS(19" and 22")...for one I was coaching the gf on presentation, patterns and  techniques and of course I was trouble shooting HER hang ups and snags >:(...but all in all we had fun... ;D

...she like most hmong girls is small and petite...so in contrast those bass (though they do have some size to them) appear super huge...as for the teaching I just told her to pay attention to edges and also gave her first dibbs on a spot that I thought had potential...ne xt time out I'm leaving her at home tho...ha!

Damn there are plenty tips and of course plenty folks here with the know how...but lets see...vary your retrieves...an d if you get one remember how you retrieved it...sometimes fish respond to a fast retreive and a slow retrieve...and sometimes that is the difference between you hooking up fish and people just watching and wondering what they are doing wrong... ;D
