They taste great....just watch out of bones cause they come with tons of bones.  This is my first year fishing for them and let me tell you, it will not be my last.  They are awesome fighting fish.

They taste great....just watch out of bones cause they come with tons of bones.  This is my first year fishing for them and let me tell you, it will not be my last.  They are awesome fighting fish. 

Those are some big shads.  Is that what the stripers out there in Cali feed on?  I caught a 16" shad once and the tail had nothing left, like something picked apart at it.
