I got this G2 Shellcracker a while back when BTD was doing the sale on the Punker.  So took it out for a spin at the local duck sh1t hole. I got there before it got bright and fished til about 8.  I hooked up 2 (~2 - 2.5 lbs), nothing big but I'm happy with them just to get it on a new bait. First one bit on the first twitch/pop after casting it and the second one bit on the sloooooooow wake.  Got another 4 bass to roll/bump it but no hook up.  Even saw an osprey swoop down and carried off a 1 - 1.5 lb bass.

took my bros skeeter out this week and been hammering the crappies and gills...got just a couple more weeks until catch and release begins for me!  "come on may 7, what taking you so long!"

Friends and family and trout. :) Sometimes a big fish story with friends is just as good as catching the biggest bass.
