Damn it! I'm so jealous. Where in CA are you? If I'm ever in the area you better take me fishing!

Haha I live in southern california about 1.5 hours north of Los Angeles. Let me know, if I'm still here and not transferred schools yet I'd love to take you out fishing. Last night I lost a leopard shark that had to be pretty big. I went again today but the sharks were nowhere to be found. I think the high wind today affected the water temps too much.

Nice striper btw, on a flyrod too! Must have been an epic fight.

It was right around 17.5 inches. Not the biggest but my pb and a good size for socal I think.

Not a jumbo by any means. I would consider a jumbo perch to be around 14+ inches.  O0
