It's a Seirus Innovation sunthing.  It's to protect you from getting sun/wind burn, raccoon eyes, or worst skin cancer. It's UV protected and not sure on the PF.  If you're out door all day in the sun, you should get one.  Your skin will thank you for it........

hehehehe. Look kinda sexy in a way, I guess.  How about sunscreen UV protection lotion? I want to see who I'm fishing next to.

Sunscreens are great but this is much easier and faster.  Also you don't have to deal with all that gooy stuff and getting the scent onto your bait.
