They are fun dude. Time to visit your family members in midwest states 

They make long hard runs, similar to striper.

Caught on 05/12/12. The biggest on here is 15 lbs.

Wow you guys eat Northern pikes?..i can't stand the smell..the after smell. Plus after you d- bone all those bones, there's so little meat left..O don't 4 get the cheeks..tat's the best part..anyways too much work for so little meat..

When all filleted and deboned, northern pike is EXCELLENT tasting fish!

I like the bigger ones like the ones I have here. Those bones are no problems for me.

I have never noticed the cheeks. But now that you've mentioned that, I'll try them. Thanks.

the big ones has the meater cheeks. Like scallops..but more tasty.. try it out..let me know what i think of it..

Nice fishes.....  Was that bed shot before you caught her.

Reporter - CPR only. I don't keep bass, only whitebass. lol.

fish4keep - Actually I tried to catch the ones in the bed pic but they didn't want anything to do with my senko. Didn't have much time so moved onto the next bed. lol. That was actually the closest bed to shore with active fish in it. The spawn is just starting here.
