Probably my nephew since he's on fb?  It was hot down there.  I'm not much of a fish eater so I only took two to deep fried.  My mom made some fish larb with it.  I tasted some yesterday and it was pretty good.  I'm good fishing for them til next yr. LOL......

Not like there's anywhere else to catch them lol. Actually, they say the canals on the south side have larger tilapia and catfish too.

If I was to be down there, I rather be offshore chasing yellow tails or something.

It's a hit or miss on the yt.  I haven't been offshore for so long.  But earlier this month, I did go out for halibut off the surf/jetty.  My buddy got a 33"er and I got one which I fillet for another buddy.

nice catch but we asian people do not fillet.  We eat everything.  We take the head and make soup out of it.

:D I fillet halibut too, at the very least I fillet the top and leave the bottom with the bones for my dad. Too much meat on them just to steak it.

Usually true.  My family is not much of a fish eater so I fillet them whenever we do eat fish.
