job im currently at
im slacking like crazy
and the owner is cool as hell
dude don't take 90% or whatever, of the profit like you see in a lot of companies
he spread and share them with the employee
believe in "keeping the sheep and animal happy and they will produce for you"
this DUDE treat me and the rest of my coworker FAIR and EQUAL
i haven't see that in a looooonnnnggg time
we get monthly bonus for no reason, maybe just showing up to work on time and etc...

the reason why some of these companies has such a high turnover rate
is because they treat their worker like trash
$7.25/hour and lining up at the food bank is no way to live

no thanks... my passion lies with teaching... i have a 97 percent student growth rate... i make 34 dollars per hour... i teach 3 to 4 hours per day and get paid for 8... i work 9 months out of the yr... honesty my pay is enough to support my lifestyle but could i use more money... hell yes...! lol!

Agree teaching is a passion or else you're going to do very poor in the profession. Got to love your students and a desire to see them succeed! I give lots of credits for teachers!!!!

if you give teachers an "f-" rating then as an educator... i give parents a "z-" lol...! you're not fooling anyone by putting the blame on teachers for our nations failure when it comes to our kids when we all know it starts at home...
my kids are a success not because of their teachers but because of me as a parent... lol!

Why even worry about "work" at all when you can just win the lotto since you're "the hmong Nostradamus and is always right"?? ???

Lol...that's the truth. 3 people quit this week. Our clerk just turn her 2 weeks notice in. A good coworker of mine quit 2 weeks ago. Times are changing/people are changing :'(

nice... the world can use one less hmgrock jr... mass shootings are a result of small arms dealer such as yourself who are reluctant to "voluntarily" give up firearms... failing students are because of failing parents...
however, as a former economist... all is not lost... our society needs uneducated and undereducated folks because that's what makes our nation strong... folks of all socio-economic levels... can't all of us be neurosurgeons. .. lol!
