we get monthly bonus for no reason, maybe just showing up to work on time and etc...

the reason why some of these companies has such a high turnover rate

Lol...that's the truth. 3 people quit this week. Our clerk just turn her 2 weeks notice in. A good coworker of mine quit 2 weeks ago. Times are changing/people are changing

however, as a former economist... all is not lost... our society needs uneducated and undereducated folks because that's what makes our nation strong... folks of all socio-economic levels... can't all of us be neurosurgeons. .. lol!
