How much can I get for a 22k gold ring ( men's ring) with a letter (H)? Or where can I go to get it appraise in MN?

I've never heard of 22K gold at all? 18K or 24K or lower but not 22K.
But my good friend at Double Dragon can appraise it for you.

make sure the purity is 99.99%

in jewelry they add other metal to make the bond stronger
so it doesn’t break easily
those are not 99.99% purity
