As y'all know... The Senate need 60 votes "YES"  to accept a new budget, does not matter if it's majority Dem or GOP in control of the Senate. That's the bottom number of votes needed...

Dems are quietly admitted that the Shut Down was need prior to the "No King" rallies around the US... to draw in more people if they're not getting paid... especially the elderly, hence... you see majority of the 'No King" protesters are elderly Whities.

Think about it... what reason to get the elderly out to protest? If their ss/med are stop... they're pissed and will be out protesting. It's the perfect weapon to make trump and GOP look bad because they control the House, Senate and WH. Noticed that the Dems and their legacy media never explained that even if the GOP are majority in the Senate, they can't passed a budget bill if there are no Dems voting... they need 60 votes and neither side of the party have even held more than 60 majority.

CNBC: A lot of the Democrat Senators have stated that it would be a bad optics if they voted for the budget before the 'No King' rallies are held. Since the rallies are over... some moderate Dems will move to approve it.

At the heart of the issue is extending the ACA to illegals... GOP do not want it and Dems are pushing for it. All an illegal had to do is file for asylum and they will be qualified for medical heathcare, free of charge.
