they say you are not supposed to
but like many other i still do use light soap and water

 

many time i just use paper towel and hot water
and it comes right off

 

it’s really good man
wish i knewt about it YEARS ago

i waste soo much money on TEFLON NONSTICK COATING pan
probably ate a lot of chemicals scratches

 

Well good job.  Don't ever wash pots and pans in soap.  Once you do that, it's ruined.

i’m kinda of a clean freak
so i wash mine carbon steel with light soap and soft sponge

doesn’t seem to affect it
