Hmmm... looks to me that they are sticking. If it's non-stick, there would be no egg residue on the pan.

So the secret to carbon coating is just throw ash onto your steel pot.  Just save some good ash from your last BBQ camp fire cook out.  Of course it will take a little elbow grease to rub all the extra carbon ash off, but a little olive oil rub and Bounty paper towel and you're good to go.

but like many other i still do use light soap and water

 

many time i just use paper towel and hot water
and it comes right off

 

it’s really good man
wish i knewt about it YEARS ago

i waste soo much money on TEFLON NONSTICK COATING pan
probably ate a lot of chemicals scratches
