Banned from Forum - Need IP Address Change

how do you change your IP address cause i was banned from a gaming forum. and now i cant create alternate accounts. easy methods only please, im not to tech savy

unplug cable modem/dsl modem and wait for about a min. plug it back in, it should get a new ip from isp.

hey i got back on the forum with proxy, i lasted a while but outta the blue they found out and banned me again. i tried a differ proxy site but still dun work. let me try turn off modem
