Anyone ever had problems with Newegg?

Ordered some rams from Newegg, rams had free 2nd day shipping.  It's about a week and still no rams.  Checked the tracking # and rams still sitting at UPS Mendota Heights MN, been sitting there for 3 days now...WTF?  Contacted Newegg and they said to wait another week....
This is my first time ordering from Newegg and probably the last?.....Anyone in this situation before?

Newegg is good.  Your RAM sitting in the Post Office may be due to the fact no one was home to sign for it.  Post office problem not Newegg...Been ordering from them for ages...

been a customer for many years and all my products arrived within 3-4 days..... well, except the few times I chose UPS and  that shittey company took a week+ to ship my products. Pay extra to use FedEX.. UPS should be banned from newegg. I hate UPS with a passion. It doesn't matter where my products are being shipped from, UPS is always behind. I paid for 2 days and took 4 days. Paid for 3 days and took a fawking week. I bet if I had paid for overnight, it would take at least 2 days.  FedEx has been awesome. They've never been late. USPS is even better than UPS.

if anything, it's not newegg's fault. All UPS's fault. Probably got a bunch of lazy niggers working there or something.. my most recent order (motorcycle parts) and was forced to used UPS... Well, my parts sat at the UPS facility for 4 fawking days before actually being processed and shipped. I spoke with a rep from the company i ordered from and he didn't know why UPS kept my parts there for several days before actually shipping them.. Again, it's all UPS's fault.

I'm alway order my computer stuff from newegg never have any problem.....  if the ram sit there in MN it is not newegg problem.

yeah its not newegg's fault if ups isn't delivering it even though it's in mn already

also if you're in st paul/minneapolis area, should really check microcenter they sometimes price match newegg, some prices are cheaper then newegg too, not to mention if its doa you can return it right away. its located in st louis park

Well I finally got those rams couple days ago.  The thing is they shipped the items a day after the order has been placed but will send out a notify shipping email 2 days before delivery.  So that makes it 2nd day delivery? Even though it took a little more then a week.  Glad the rams were not DOA otherwise it would suck ass to wait couple more weeks.
