I wanted a young mind to be there for a long haul but I’m good without him as well.

Still a few good ones out there.

Now that we just hired a GM he may have his hand selecting a new coach.

He’s a great coach. A winner from college to pro.

Hopefully his age is t a problem down the road.

He’s a right fit to battle with the coaches in our division.

Got all the coaches in place.

Now we need to focus on QB, WR, and RB.

We need a veteran QB, a bridge QB and draft a rookie in the second or third round.

Chip kelly is the OC

Chip kelly was coach at Oregon and recruited Marcus Mariota

Marcus was backup to jayden Daniels with washington last season. 

He's now a free agent.  Go grab mariota to reunite him with chip kelly.  Mariota was a former Heisman QB so we know he has talent.   O0

Maybe go grab will howard QB from ohio state.  Chip kelly was his coach. 

Fader got the 6th pick and they may trade up to get Cam Ward.  I like cam.  He can produce yards and points.  The hurricane only lacking is their defense.  Ward can put up 50 points and the defense can allow 51 points for the lose.  :2funny:

I don't know about "instant" as Stafford is a very average QB overall. Plus, his age is also a factor so glad my Raiders didn't get him for that kind of money.

He was the best one/talent out of all QB FA.

Now we are going to settle for a second best on the bridge QB.

I am okay with any just as long as they draft a rookie in the second/third round.
