why is it that when a family member dies... there is always regret...

on the upside... family members whom have not met/talked in ages have the opportunity to reacquaint themselves...

Two old high school friends and I met at a funeral after some years of missing in action.

One of them said the same thing: how come we don't meet up at other circumstances and why only at a funeral like this?

I did suggest that of them picked a pho lunch for the three of us to re-acquaint. We'll see if they take that seriously.

sounds like a lot of broken promises... lol! i say.. and folks tell me that all the time at funerals... "would should meet up on happier terms"... and we never do... especially if you reside in different states...

i regret my youngest child never meeting his GREAT grandmother before she came to pass...
