GREEN BAY -- Arguably the two best quarterbacks in the NFL, Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers, are set to face each other this Sunday at Gillette Stadium, in what should be one of the best games of the season.

In an interview with ESPN, the 5-time Super Bowl winning QB Tom Brady discussed what it would have been like if Rodgers had played under Patriots coach Bill Belichick's system.

Brady said that if Rodgers had the Patriots' offensive system and exhaustive knowledge of opposing defenses, "He'd throw for 7,000 yards every year. He's so much more talented than me."

Brady acknowledges that it is fun to debate such matters, but notes that it is ultimately “a hypothetical question that is truly impossible to answer.” Brady did say that Rodgers has “every skill you need to be a great quarterback” and that the Packers quarterback provides him with a push to be the best player he can be.

“What he’s done as a quarterback, I think it is is inspiring, even for me,” Brady said on WEEI. “I watch his game and it makes me want to get out there and practice and improve because I think he’s so phenomenal with the way he manages himself in the pocket and his ability to throw the football is unlikely anyone probably in the history of the league. It’s pretty awesome to watch.”

their VALUES goes up if they keep playing good year after year
a team might be shreding big $$$$
some might cheap out and shred low $$$$
it's all politics
in the end who know, they (team) pay whatever they want
according to their salary cap
i mention colin kaepernick,
it's politic, no team want to sign him due to his kneeling

The thing is players are not being paid by the NFL. It's the teams that pay them. So if Brady was to play for the packers, he would be in the top 10 most paid players. Reason for this is that ever since Favre, packers relied heavily on their qb. They put the majority of their money towards qb. So technically the supply and demand is not on the NFL but it's on the individual teams.
