Road Rage
« on: June 05, 2019, 08:59:03 AM »
In my younger years, I might have honked like crazy and tailgate you.  :knuppel2:

Now, since I work at a smaller close-knit company, I'm afraid it may be my CEO or president, so I would just honk 2x if you almost hit my car. Otherwise, I'll trail behind and let your crazy butt go ahead of me.

Once before, this person was annoyed with my driving and honked at me before speeding to get ahead of my car, so for some odd reason, I threw them the peace sign.  :2funny: Hindsight, what if they thought I was flipping them the bird and escalated the rage?

i just honked at you because you're a hottie!  make sure you get home to your man.

but i try to avoid road rage at all cost...if it goes wrong, we're looking at a 3-4 thousand pound weapon that one can use to hurt you and/or other people.  when it's unavoidable, i give them the 5 finger salute.  if it doesn't stop, i'll shoot a round in the air, like i don't care...hopeful ly they get the point.

sometimes, if a car cuts me off i usually try to cut them back get in front of them and drive real slow so they'll get stuck behind me  O0 but only to a certain extent, I try not to piss of the other driver too badly. I remember one late night i was driving and at a distance 2 cars was going at it, it got to a point where one driver pulled out a gun and starting shooting the other car thats when i knew i had to exit the hwy and take the small street home dont want those bullets flying around me  :o

It’s good to have dash cams. It’s cheap and will collect evidence continuously for you in high def.

I fixed most to all of my road rage cuz I realized that it can changed a person's life if you do causes an accident.  Like one simple mistake can land you in prison for years and all for what? A stranger I don't even know.

One I am still working on is if I'm not intentionally tailgating anybody cuz I hate to hit my brakes cuz doing so will slowly eats up your brake pads so if the other person brake check me by tapping on their brakes with no one in front of them, I get mad and hulk must smash.  I speed up to pass then as soon as I'm clear just enough, I would cut them off.

I'll tell you guys why you should just let it go.  Recently, here in North Cal, there were incidents where gun shots were fired on the freeway.  This is the ultimate scare there is.  I don't carry in the car and a little disadvantage if someone be shooting at me on the highway.

Not worth it so just let it go is my new philosophy to retirement age.  Getting matured now yo.

I stay in my lane...stare straight ahead...see no evil, see no heave hill...

Seems like everybody thinks...
They're some race car driver
They're the only car on the road
Everyone else will avoid an accident

 ;D

Then you see them drive into a ditch, a tree, a traffic pole, the safety barrier, center island, snow bank, etc.,....

Cops asks...Were you involve in the accident?
Me, "No, but I saw how it all happened...I am a witness and I will tell the truth."

I do this thing where if someone tails me too closely, I will drive just a little bit slower. Not enough to break any laws but just slow enough to annoy the crap out of them.

I'm driving behind you!  And no, none of my craps are annoid.  LOL. :2funny:

*purposely misspell*

Both the on purpose slow poke and tailgater are idiots..good way to get one or the other or both hurt or killed...Seen it happened. In a common sense world, the slow poke should move over or the tailgater should go around when it's safe and clear..:idiot2:

Ha. Be prepared to go 23 mph. I've found that speed to be near the speed limit but just slow enough to be annoying.  :D

"Annoid"?  ???

In MN...that's plenty fast for blizzard condition...

And when I drive manual...20-23 mph is all free gravity and inertia.  My foot is fully on clutch pedal.  :P

No way I would get Ahhhh noyed.

*purposely misspelled again*
