..Because if you don't click as a team, it usually translates to less morale, dedication, productivity and profit. Therefore, I like to surprise them every now and then with treats. It doesn't have to be expensive or elaborate...bu t enough to show my people that I'm thinking of them and appreciate their good work ethics and talents  O0:

Sometimes, I'll even make them simple breakfast that doesn't take a lot of time because you know what they say: "breakfast is the most important meal of the day".. ;D:

Previous Employer-

1. Felt like I couldn't sneeze without asking the CEO/Owner (small office so I worked with him directly on many occasions).
2. It took only 1 coworker to bring down the morale of the entire office. We "celebrated" the days she was out of the office.
3. 3 years, no raise, I took it in stride because we expanded the moment I was hired.
4. Burned me out to the point I left the company on the upswing.

Current Employer-

1. The office parties are awesome.
2. Booze at the office is a regular thing (I'm a social drinker only).
3. Vendor and company merch.
4. Random midweek half days for lunch, bar hopping and other shenanigans.
5. Thursday-Friday golf outings (Picked up golfing as a result).
6. Morale is through the roof.
7. The manager nurtures and encourages growth.
8. Amazing corporate support.

Amazing how much difference it makes when you feel appreciated.

Sounds like a great place to work lexicon.

Is it time to look for a new job anonymouse? Lol

Morale is definitely low where I work but I like my job. Before my time they’ve been dealing with crappy managements and I can see why now that I have been there for a year. Management are too busy with wearing multiple hats and so are the employees, you get the picture.
