Feds cut interest rates to zero like during the crash about 10 years ago (2008-2009)..Good time to get a loan, finance or refinance big purchases i.e., autos, college tuition, homes, etc.  O0:

"Federal Reserve cuts rates to zero to support the economy during the coronavirus pandemic"
