His people actually think they know wtf he's talking about when he, himself has no clue what he's saying.

1. Viruses have no brains so they can't be brilliant.
2. Antibiotics don't kill viruses.  Never has and never will.  They kill bacteria so him thinking that antibiotics used to kill viruses but this one's too smart for it is just a sign of his stupidity.  He makes the claim like he's smarter than doctors he works with.  That's even more dumb.

His people are so stupid, they believe every word he says because he says it like he knows what he's talking about and since they have no clue, they just think he must be right.
