There are deals that can be had right now.  Just do not expect to be served right away.

I was at the mazda dealership to get my car service though a promotion although I do not own a mazda.  I was standing at the corner of the building, just feets away from a bunch of azn sales guy and they would chat up their bs like always.  I know cuz I used to be a guy like them.  They wouldn't even give me the time of day cuz business is slow and seeing a buyer walking the floor during this covid time is a rarity so they be like, eff it, it is just another jack.  We call people who waste sale's guy time as jack cuz jack don't buy chit. 

I mean I may not buy at the time but I'm looking and looking can turn into buyers.  I know cuz I have turned a few lunch time "looking" into buyers myself.  My car has 315+ miles so I do really need a commuter to replace. 

I finally caught one guy's attention and started to chit chat him up.  He asked me all sorts of qualifying question to fish me out like what kind of car I have now and as soon as I tell him that mine has 300k+ mileage on it, he knows he can't get me on a trade in deal.  Then I told him that I used to sell cars myself.  The conversation went south after that and he went back inside the floor, knowing that I will not follow him inside. 

Before the conversation got sour, he told me that he's selling his cars at wholesale price so they are giving out deals.  Business got to flourish somehow or them sales guys are gonna be on furlough or laid off. 

So whichever rock from the hmong telling you that there is no deal during this covid time surely do not know what they are talking about.  They getting no deal cuz they don't know where to get deals.  Don't blame the industry but start blaming yourself first.

That's the thing right there... he runs to the "mods and admins" (same folks he also put down)..and cried his heart out but he really only has himself to blame..

I mean could've just done the right thing like most of us with common sense by taking ownership of our mistakes and learn from it but he chose to dig his own hole deeper so..meh..
