Me too, the big difference is Laos is landlocked...a nd more chaotic when I lived there...

Dang, you people really make me nostalgic for the motherland with your pics and words.  Someone needs to buy a piece of land here in the US and make it look like Laos and sell yummy Asian/Laos/Hmong village food.  I'll be villager #1.  I'll take the hut with the banana trees.  And I'll take fresh off the tree coconut drinks all the time.  Thanks.
