hey.... how do you cook a turkey???

going be my first year attempting to cook a turkey this year in the oven
usually, we just head over to the family and eat
but due to COVID

we gotta do and eat by ourself

any tips? seasoning ?


just started defrosting today

Gaah!  That is such a nice looking turkey!  YUMS!  I asked K how she made her turkey too because hers looked so beautiful as well.  LOL

Cut it up, bake the legs and wings separate from the breast.  The breast will cook faster so take them out when they're finished and continue to bake the other items.  This way, you will have tender breasts and fully cooked legs.  If you keep cooking the breast with the legs, they will become too dry by the time the legs are ready.
