I also let her know that she doesn't have to do this but when daddy's was a poor kid in Laos and Thailand, he even cracked the bones and suck out the marrow.. ;D:

We will continue to do what we can not to spoil her..because many spoiled brats are not really competent later in life from what I've seen over the years.. O0

I understood the lesson at hand but a pediatrician will probably say that eating the end part or the hard cartilage is or may be danger to her stomach.   I also grew up eating ration n I still eat every crumbs in my rice bowl but I'm watching what is hard coming down my stomach now.  Our body can still digest it but that's extra work and an old body don't need to work as hard.

My cousin from mn redneck influences eat like that n it irks me.  He even used napkins to hold his drumstick and I'm like, it must be a midwest thing.

Just the other day, I saw someone's child and the daddy nature in me just go aww.  I think I'm ready to be a daddy.  You just know it when the time comes.

You a good father to your baby girl.   O0

Thanks Duma! My father wasn't a good parent so I'm going 180 degree from his ways. As parents, we do the best we can with the experience we have and the knowledge we gain along the way to prepare our daughter for her future, and just hope for the best because no one can control the future.. O0

Technically your daughter is correct and smarter than you. All that's left is skin and cartilage not "meat". I fear for your daughter and the kind of brainwashing you'll have on her. Best of luck and try not to confuse her too much. O0

OH LOOK who crawl back to prove me RIGHT again, yep the "one" that I made cried mommy the hardest... O0

So hard that he can't even keep his own words because after crying to the "mods and admins" (same folks he put down) for help and they gave him a solution, he even said, "I love the ignore feature"  ;D:
