He’s going to walk. Judge is not allowing prosecutors to present any incriminating evidence. Even today, they tried to show an incriminating video on an iPad that would allow them to zoom in and see what’s going on and the defense attorney argued that apple use logs to manipulate the data so they can’t show it on the ipad. The judge said prosecutors have to prove the defense attorney wrong or can’t show the video and he didn’t even allow them to adjourn so they can go find an expert witness to come testify that the defense attorneys’ claims was bogus.
