Really Wisconsin judge?  You can rule that a nurse can’t go work for another hospital who offers better pay and must stay at their existing hospital until they can find a replacement? What kind of BS is this?  What ever happened to their “at will” contract?  If I was those nurses I’d just call in sick everyday. Mental illness is real and this one was brought on by a judge.  If you’re going to do that. You should also rule that the existing hospital pay their nurses better so they don’t leave, but nope.
