When my grand parents first came to the America, they had social security benefits.  They never worked a day in the America.  How is it free you say?

What happens if you dont have enough work credit. Example my father in law took jobs here and there but never really worked his whole adult life. What will happen to him? Does he still get SSI?

Probably before the reform and not too sure now since both of my grand folks are long gone. 

Social Security Title 18 SSI benefits are payable to the aged and qualified disabled without having worked a single day. They only have to be a US citizen, lawfully admitted into the US, meet the age, disability and resource requirements, and they can receive more monthly than a person who worked for 10 years or more that may be receiving early retirement benefits.

they  not disable.  No SSI fake crap and even if there were, homie don't know how to play that.  SSI fake crap is just a recent phenomenon where the asian and minority community just figured out on how to beat the system.

There are programs for everything if you know where to look for it. 

Looks like my grand folks were under this program here.  They took their work history in their county as work credit.

When I worked in the social services field, I've plenty of clients qualifying for "SSI" that has never work a day in their life...

Your friend is legit because his disability does not allow him to work and the government is going to take care of him.  Hope he's not gonna get rich over his SSI money. 

Matter of fact, they do case review after a few years or so.  If you are taking your SSI money and flip it on the stock market, they want to know about it.  No problem, go tell your friend to put the stock market account under your name.  Money laundry, from the USA government's funding to an investment ATM business where your money grows.

My somalia kaydoo looking friend in MN has a master and 2 bachelor degrees.  He was normal while growing up but as you grow older, your condition changes.  Out of nowhere, the guy is like Michael j fox with that uncontrollable hand movements like Parkinson disease. 

He applied for SSI and went to a redneck town judge.  They denied him saying that his high IQ and all them college degrees is enough for him to find a job. 

I hate living in your redneck town for this reason.  Even the judge is bias.  "They don't care about black people" - kayne west
