More importantly, anybody who is that adamant about pro-abortion doesn't value life, period.

Your state will keep carriers far away from dribbling grounds. The SC isn't saying you can take guns into facilities or that if you have a mental health that you are still allowed to handle a gun. New York can still dictate who is suitable to apply for a license to carry. But the SC is saying New York cannot make you say you need to defend your poodle in order to get a license.
