..but there's one catch, keep it at golf cart speed. Just imagine getting a nice Porsche sports car for your birthday or Christmas but you can only crawl with it... :

HUDDINGE, Sweden: Too young for a driver's licence at 15, Evelina Christiansen is already cruising in a sleek BMW in Sweden, where teens can drive any car modified to roll no faster than a golf cart.

An almost century-old regulation originally applied to agricultural vehicles allows kids 15 and older to drive without a proper driver's licence, as long as the vehicle has been altered to have a maximum speed of 30kmh.

Tell rich dad to buy a track and she can drive as fast as she wants.  Private property, the rules are different. 

Perhaps this is how some kids are learning how to drive at walmart's parking lot and in the middle of the night after closing time.  Illegal U turn, cutting corners, no problem.
