..but there's one catch, keep it at golf cart speed. Just imagine getting a nice Porsche sports car for your birthday or Christmas but you can only crawl with it... ;D:

Tell rich dad to buy a track and she can drive as fast as she wants.  Private property, the rules are different. 

Perhaps this is how some kids are learning how to drive at walmart's parking lot and in the middle of the night after closing time.  Illegal U turn, cutting corners, no problem.
