Hmm... how about teaching them to drive properly or don't think they own the streets and walk in the streets.

I remember back when I used to live in Michigan, visiting my cuz in the Detroit you see black kids and adult walking in the streets. And they won't even move when you approached them, they'll just turn their heads and look at you and does nothing - like they own the streets.

Also, lots of Latino (the older one) don't know how to drive - they still think they're driving in their own countries with no laws.
