Crippled vet won highest settlement in CA history...

This case involved Yuba City cops.... 

I'm sure majority of you have seen the clip where the cops threw an old vet down... he complained of pain and can't move his hand.

After arriving at hospital, the cops still roughed him and the hospital staff did not seem to care much about his complaint of not being able to move his legs.

The city had settled for $20millions - however, the vet donated $20G to the California Peace Officers’ Memorial Foundation.

His other lawsuits against Rideout Memorial Hospital and UofC-Davis Med Center is still pending...

That was excessive! The cop should also spend a few hrs each week to bathe and clean the mess he created for the remainder of the victim’s natural life.
