Because it's up to the schools to provide safety to their students, which many aren't.

Do you wait for the federal government to tell you if you can put a lock on your doors?

It is not up to the schools to control who can or can't own a gun, much less, control a person's actions. But what they can do is install security in their buildings and around their property. They can also implement other procedures to ensure the safety of their staff and students.

Looks like you can't carry a rational conversation. I'm bored.

BTW, your mental health solution is only going to stop people from seeking out help. Just like every time the dumbocrats want stricter gun control laws, gun sales skyrocket.   :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:

There are already gun regulation in all states with some more restrictive than others... You can not just go into a gun store and buy a gun right out like buying anything from any store. All these other states that have very restrictive gun laws still have mass shooting. You have to put the responsibility and accountability on the person that does the shooting - not on an inanimate object. Also, please enlighten us on what exactly the Dem wants to do and what the GOP do not want to do?

Just heard that Brandon came on after the shooting and wants to hold gun manufacturers accountable for these shooting - meaning gun manufacturers will be responsible for all users and their actions. I have a problem with that... if you're going to hold gun manufacturers accountable then you should do the same for all manufacturers of any products in America... If I drive my car and killed people, the auto manufacturer should not have immunity from being sued for providing the car.

States with strict gun laws does not always correlate to less gun death... eg. IL is 42 on a scale of 0-50 and their gun death rate is 8.9/100,000 (42/8.9)Compare that to OK which is 7 on scale of 0-50 but their gun death is 5.9/100,000 (7/5.9). Same thing with CA and KS... 45/4.54 vs 8/4.05. There are outliers of course...

You know what's coming... blaming NRA, GOP, Pro-gun, etc etc for these mass shootings.

One thing you should not converse with right-wingers. They suffer cognitive dissonance. They knew it's wrong to kill but denied not to admit the "lying" part to themselves.
