The director of POGO sees no fraud...

The Director of Government Affairs for an NGO called POGO (Project on Government Oversight) testified that he saw no waste or fraud on gov't spending... He's 100% blind by the way 

He claims waste is different from fraud, fraud is different from abuse and abuse is different from both. He goes on to claimed that sometime improper payments (waste, fraud, abuse) is due to improper record keeping or outdated information technology. Sometime they come about human error and sometime through negligence. That is why improper payments happened not simply bad people doing bad things with bad intent. I agree that sometime these things happened but you correct it quickly... sending money for DEI/Trans initiative is not bad record keeping of outdated information technology.

So, POGO see nothing... fraud or waste on what DOGE is exposing as waste and fraud. Hmmm... if POGO says that all of the things being exposed is not waste, fraud or abuse... POGO need to GOGO.

Not making fun of the disable... but they hired a blind person to look for gov't waste, fraud and abuse?  As one commentor on the vid of his testamony wrote... "The vice-director, who is deaf, didn't hear anything about fraud, waste or abuse on gov't spending either."
