I remembered talking about this phenomenon as a strategy. 

I said years back oh ph that I need a president to tank the economy, bring prices down so that those like my janitor friend can finally afford to buy a house.  Get your money ready.  Maybe trump is playing the business strategy game to tank the economy on purpose so him and his fellow business tycoon can buy on the low and ride to the top with the recovery.   O0
