My husband and I moved to the area from California and we were so surprised to see so many neighborhoods with no backyard fences? We're renting in Menomonee Falls right now but are starting to look into buying a home here. We've ran into multiple subdivisions that have rules regarding fences. What's the deal? Why aren't private backyards preferable?

Hello Duluth! I'm from Salt Lake City and thinking about moving to Duluth. Nearly every listing on Zillow doesn't have a fence around the yard? Is there a problem with fences? What do you do about pet dogs?
