New info was revealed that the judge who assisted an illegal avoid ICE agent was also involved in a case that left two cops shot and one suffering life threatening injury.

The man who ambushed & shot two police officers - one is suffering from life-threatening injuries, in Wisconsin was given deferred prosecution by Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan. According to police, the shooter is 22-year-old Tremaine Jones. Court records show that Jones had a history of legal issues, but in December 2023, Judge Dugan approved a deferred prosecution agreement for Jones.
Instead of putting Jones behind bars, he was required to have a job, complete 30 hours of community service, write apology letters, and stay out of trouble in exchange for potential dismissal of charges. Even though Jones continued to have legal issues such as domestic violence, and other incidents between January and March 2025, including alleged strangulation and firearm-related charges, the DPA was not revoked.
 
Jones shot the Milwaukee police officers less than three months after a public defender turned court commissioner threw his charges out, finding that Jones complied with the DPA, despite the DV incidents.

All these judges who gave special treatment to criminals instead of jail time need to be sued if these criminals commit crime again.

anti-cops.

So what happened that made Jones shoot two cops? If
self-defense, then the judge did the right thing. In
self-defense, you can go all out to get rid of the threat.
