On the Supreme Court's ruling that local judges can't put in national junction, acting like King or Queen, against the POTUS or Congress national policies...
"In recent years some district courts have issued nationwide injunctions... you know, very quickly issued nationwide injunctions to stop a policy in its tracks that . . . the President and/or Congress has determined to be the national policy, and it just one district court stops it, and then you combine that with the ability of people to forum shop to go to a particular district court where they think that, that will be the result and you look at something like that and you think that can't be right that one district court... and it just can't be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and, and leave it stopped for the years that it takes to go through normal process." - Justice Elana Kagan
You would think that this was on this occasion when she said this... but it was in 2022, when she said it during Brandon's Admin. She, along with KJB and Sotomayor dissented in a vote of 6-3 to stop local judges from issuing a national injunction against the President/Congress national policy.
I find it hard to believed that Justice Kagan would say that during Brandon's admin. but voted opposite of what she was spouting during Trump's admin.
It seems to be a pattern for these Leftie/Demmie politicians and judges... it's ok for our party's President to do it but not for the other party's President to do it... e.g. Leftie/Demmie politician were screaming Trump don't have authority, breaking Constitutional law, etc etc and even trying to bring article of impeachment against him... however, no a single peep from them when Obama did it... over 25,000 times and killing women and children at a wedding ceremony... nothing, nada, zilch... No a single GOP brought article of impeachment against Obama.
