You don't think the liberal media would have a field day if they could blame it on the governor of a red state? LOL But even they know it's major blue cities (in red states) where the bulk of problems occur. These blue cities have a lot of kaydoos. I believe Atlanta has the largest black population in the country. The south still has the highest black population, I believe.
