Every year on May 15, Palestinians around the world, numbering about 12.4 million, mark the Nakba, or “catastrophe”, referring to the ethnic cleansing of Palestine and the near-total destruction of Palestinian society in 1948. - Al Jazeera
However, that "catastrophe" or Nakba isn't about the dispossession of Palestinians from that land in 1948 at all.
The ethnic cleansing of Jews from Arab lands has no name. Few people know of it and it's been kind of relegated to the forgetting of history. The Palestinian story of becoming refugees in war, not unusual situation in the 20th century has come to be known as the Nakba, the 'catastrophe'. Today it is presented as a story of innocent, uh, dispossession of Palestinians losing their homes, having to escape as a result of the war. The Arab thinker who coined the term the Nakba, Constantine Zurich, made it very clear that the Nakba, the catastrophe of the Arabs, was not about the dispossession. He describes it as seven Arab armies attempt to subdue Zionism and turn on their heels and go home impotent. The notion is that there is shame, there is humiliation, that the catastrophe is in having failed to defeat Zionism. The catastrophe is not the loss of homes as a result of war. The catastrophe is that the goal of the war to defeat Zionism to prevent the Jews from attaining self-determination and statehood in the land in any borders. The failure to defeat the lowly Jews, the people who were always known as lowly, meek, powerless. The failure to defeat them that was in real time known as the Nakba.
And that is exactly what the secret that has been kept hidden. The Nakba was never the 'catastrophe' about the Palestinians' displacement, driven out of Israel. The Nakba have been slowly changed by "Muslim countries" who don't care about the people of Gaza/West Bank (Palestinians). If they really cared about that, they would have invited all the Palestinians to have moved into Egypt, to Libya, to Syria, to Lebanon or to Jordan to be with their own Arab Muslim brothers/sisters. They couldn't care less about the Palestinians. And it has been demonstrated since October 7, how they used the Palestinians as the human shields just to further their cause to annihilate Israel. And that is the catastrophe of the Nakba. It's not the displacement of Palestinians. That's just fooling the world. It's their defeat, they were unable to be victorious against the Jewish people. This is one of the reason, one of the son of a HAMAS founder was preaching about... Palestinians are used as propaganda by Muslims, 'closet' Nazis and Jews haters around the world.

In 132 AD the Emperor Hadrian resolved to stamp the Jews and their religion out of existence. He sold all Jewish prisoners into slavery after the revolt of Bar Kikhba, forbade the teaching of the Torah, renamed the province Syria Palaestina, and changed Jerusalem’s name to Aelia Capitolina. He renamed Israel to wipe out the national identity of Israel and the Jews.
So if you are looking to 'restore Palestine to the Palestinians', you need to give it back to the Jews.
