Another Maryland man... killed a Black girl (19yrs old Dacara Thompson) and chuck her body over a bridge.

The suspect (and illegal) was arrested for DUI but was released 5 months prior to the murdered of the 19yrs old Black woman.

Maryland love protecting illegals...
