Well, 4 years later and a lot of them, rich and wealthy, are gone and so are NY's tax income.
Now, she's begging for them to come back to help fund her 'generous social programs'. NY spent approx. $81K/homeless last year... an expenditure of $368million total in just 2025 alone - with nothing to show - just like CA. How much you want to bet a large chunk of that went to illegals.

I need people who are high net worth to support the generous social programs that we want to have in our state. There are 'Patriotic Millionaires who stepped up, OK... I loved how she emphasized the 'Patriotic Millionaires' who stepped up... LMAO!!! These are the 'millionaires' who go on the air to claimed they want to pay more taxes. But in reality, they aren't willing to do it until the gov't makes laws for them to do so... meaning, they don't want to do it but if they have to - all wealthy people will also have to do it too. If these people are so 'patriotic' and willing to, just do it and pay the tax revenue shortfall... which is $14billions - that's a net loss of tax revenue since Hochul told them to get out of town to FL. Even with the tax increases, they still lost $billions in tax revenue.
